What We Offer
Elim Properties takes pleasure in providing high quality accommodation to students and other HMO clients in Middlesbrough and Stockton on Tees.
What Is New?
We are currently developing a facility which can accommodate 23 students at seven self contained flats in Stockton on Tees. These flats will be ready by April 2016 for the 2016-17 students to sign up.
Meet Us
The founders and owners of this service are a couple who are medical doctors engaged in medical practice in the United Kingdom. They understand the stress of student days. When they were students over twenty five years ago, the facilities they had were very basic if not primitive based on current standards.
Mr and Mrs Jesuraj
Elim properties was founded in 2012 by Mr and Mrs Jesuraj. We are both practicing medical professionals based in the North East. We were motivated to found Elim Properties with the aim of providing high quality, affordable accommodation. After successfully developing a number of central Middlesbrough properties, we expanded to develop a selection of student properties based in Stockton.
Former medical students, we understand the stresses and strains University life can sometimes bring. Our own student accommodation twenty five years ago was very basic compared to current standards. Achieving the highest possible standards for our student accommodation is central to to Elim. We are determined to further improve the quality of student accommodation to higher levels with each development.
We are constantly striving to improve our properties according to each students needs. We currently operate two premises in Stockton with multiple flats, housing a total of 34 students from Durham University Queen's campus. Elim Properties have a simple all-inclusive rent structure to cover the bills including gas, electricity, water, TV and internet. Our mission is to offer premium, affordable accommodation. We believe that each property should be comfortable enough for ourselves or our children to live in. By adapting this standard we are constantly exceeding the standards expected by our students.
