I am a third year student from Queen's Campus and I have been renting with Elim Properties for 2 years. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The property itself is lovely, and in a great location. Very safe, with security cameras at the front door and in the stairwells and the building manager is easy to contact in case of any emergency. Any problems are fixed as quickly as possible, but on the whole these are few and far between. A great company to use and a great place to live!

I'm a third year Queens Campus Durham student and I've rented from Elim Properties for two years. The quality of the accommodation is excellent and if there's ever a problem, the landlord and agent respond quickly and effectively. The accommodation is situated in a good location and I find it takes me 15 minutes to walk to University in the morning. I would highly recommend Elim Properties to prospective students.
